Chardham Yatra is a beautiful and religious trip of the Himalayas. Chardham Yatra 2026 starts from late April. Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar

    Arrive in Delhi and drive to Haridwar. In the evening, attend the sacred Ganga Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri.

  2. Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot

    Travel from Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. Scenic drive through hills and valleys.

  3. Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri and back

    Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, then trek/horse/doli ride to Yamunotri. Visit Yamunotri temple before returning to Barkot.

  4. Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi

    Drive to Uttarkashi and visit the famous Vishwanath Temple in the evening.

  5. Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back

    Full-day excursion to Gangotri, one of the Char Dhams. Return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

  6. Day 6: Uttarkashi to Rudraprayag

    Drive from Uttarkashi to Rudraprayag via the Tehri Dam route.

  7. Day 7: Rudraprayag to Kedarnath

    Travel to Gaurikund and begin trek to Kedarnath. Stay overnight near the Kedarnath Temple.

  8. Day 8: Kedarnath to Rudraprayag

    Return from Kedarnath trek to Gaurikund and drive back to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi.

  9. Day 9: Rudraprayag to Badrinath

    Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Evening darshan at the Badrinath Temple.

  10. Day 10: Badrinath to Joshimath

    Morning darshan at Badrinath, then drive to Joshimath. Visit nearby attractions like Mana village and Vyas Gufa.

  11. Day 11: Joshimath to Rishikesh

    Drive to Rishikesh. Visit Narsingh Temple and Shankaracharya Math. Evening free at leisure.

  12. Day 12: Rishikesh to Delhi (via Haridwar)

    Drive back to Delhi via Haridwar. Departure for onward journey.
